How do I pay rent and is there a late fee?

Rent is due by the 5^th of each month and a$40 late fee is applied if not paid on/by the 5^th. Tenant(s) are highly recommended to pay rent online through the tenant portal. Through the tenant portal, they can use credit card (fee added), or electronic check (no fee). If not paid through tenant portal, only check or money order allowed. If using check or money order, make sure to write your unit address in the memo.
