Unless noted, tenant(s) must have the following utilities (water, gas, sewer, electric, trash removal) set up to be put into tenant(s) name starting the first day of the lease:  City of Ames 515-239-5120 (water, electric, sewer), Allient Energy 800-822-4348 (Gas). This must be done  before they can move in. You have several trash removal companies to choose from.  Possible companies include: Arends trash removal 515-382-6278, Aspen Waste Systems (515) 974-1400, Pratt sanitation  515-382-4951
