Is the tenant responsible for maintaining the property's safety features?

Property Service Agency will maintain supplied fire extinguishers and replace fire extinguishers in the event of a discharge.  Tenant(s) is responsible for maintaining charged batteries in all battery operated smoke detectors located in the Premises.
