Report leaking water, electrical or mechanical malfunctions in their premises promptly. Tenant will be responsible for damages occurring from failure to promptly report maintenance issues as stated in this paragraph, If Tenant(s) had or should have had reasonable knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or mechanical malfunction.
